Meenakshi Anand, is the Founder & Principal Consultant and a Chemical Engineer and MBA, encompassing an experience of 10 years in the corporate sector and 15 years in HR Consultancy , she has handled functions like materials management, sales / business development and recruitment at several blue chip companies. She has worked with companies like Ranbaxy, Tata AIG Life & Amsure (JV of Amway & Hollard Insurance).

She believes that by strong research, developing and mining expansive linkages within the focus industry she can deliver real value to the client organisation. She believes the employee experience, is critical to understand and prioritize – now more than ever. Because when organizations get employee experience right, they can achieve twice the customer satisfaction and innovation, and generate higher profits, than those that don’t.

Garima Sharma, As a Manager Global Recruitments at Career Experts, Garima has close to two decades of working experience in varied spheres.

She has handled pan India Trainings, Training and Designing, Curriculum Designing, Content Development and Employee Engagement activities as well as recruitment with companies like Oriflame India and Forest Essentials, prior to joining Career Experts in 2010.At Career Experts she has been instrumental in handling various Middle management, Sr. management as well as leadership/ CXO level roles successfully along with her team of dynamic recruiters.

Reetika Bhatnagar, diversity is a way of life. In the past she has worked as a Media Planner with a couple of Ad Agencies and has been associated with companies like Reliance Life Insurance and Stark Ad Agency in HR Generalist profile.
